Steve Reynolds Consultancy Limited was originally formed in 2014, building on over 40 years of law enforcement experience in Essex Police and the Independent Police Complaints Commission. The intention was to provide support and advice to solicitors representing police officers under investigation, supporting barristers engaged on direct access work and supporting Post Incident Management training. Whilst these services continue to be offered, recent work has concentrated on supporting solicitors undertaking private prosecutions, and also assisting defence solicitors
